I don't have them everyday but I do run to the bathroom for runs quite frequently (not as bad as when I was on Mino).

On Mepron, Zith, Plaquenil for 3 weeks now (changed up from Biaxin/Amantadine that I was on for awhile). Followup appt with my LLMD in less than a week from now.

I happen to have run out of my Mepron today - only a 3 week supply bottle and just can't muster up the energy to CVS to pick up thte bottle.

I'm thinking I might just stop all the meds tonight and maybe tomorrow and see if anything changes. Is that stupid?

No drastic diet changes, I even upped my probiotics yesterday.

Hard to tell... are you following the diet??

If not, and you go really strict on it... you may be able to find out if that is it.

Zith is pretty bad about causing the runs.

I find that I get the opposite effect from yeast. So for me, the issue would be related to the abx.

Maybe I'm not too tolerant of nuts. I have been eating more whole cashews and almond butter in the past few weeks (to help with Mepron fat). But no typical allergic reaction like hives, etc.

I am 90% good on diet - will have carbs from brown rice or quinoa pasta but no gluten, no sugar, no juice, no caffeine, no soda, etc.

Mostly sausage, eggs, nuts, veggies, and very minimal cheese (prob should not be eating that though).
