Second round- bang 6 weeks- 5 grams, no variation, just 5 grams for 6 weeks- Yes, 4 days on/3 days off!
Any takers ??? anybody do 5 grams of Roc? common?

5 grams daily is not a common dose. Most here use 2grams 7days per week or 4grams 4days per week.
Here is an excerpt from rxlist.com on Rocephin: "The usual adult daily dose is 1 to 2 grams given once a day (or in equally divided doses twice a day) depending on the type and severity of infection....The total daily dose should not exceed 4 grams."
Maybe you should ask the doctor if 5 grams daily is a dose he commonly prescribes. He may have a good reason why he wants your husband on the higher dose.
