I am not talking about in general, but only when I exercise...
I sweat exessively. Like, I could fill a kiddie pool when I run. It is very much a problem, as I sweat SO much that it messes up my electrolytes, lose alot of weight, etc.
I have been checked for any *normal* reasons to have excessive sweating and it came back normal. I do have Hashimoto's, but it shouldn't affect my sweat rate.
Normally I am freezing. I am always colder than everyone else, even on a nice day. Yesterday, it was 50 degrees and I was DRENCHED when I got home from a run.
Anyone have this issue?
