I'm thinking of starting to use the sauna at my local gym as part of my treatment but I'm worried about possibly transmitting lyme to someone through sweat.
I feel like it would be really good for me to sweat out some of the toxins but I don't think I can live with the possibility of transmitting lyme to another person.
Any opinions would be appreciated.

I never thought of this, but I do siit on a towel when I use my gym's sauna. I really doubt you can transmit lyme this way though, but guess it can't hurt to be careful.

Depends on what you do in the sauna... There is a reason i avoid it at my 24 hour fitness (and that reason finds its other half on craigslist).
