Ok - so what causes this? Is it yeast die off - part of cleansing? It's not the soap - have been using this for years.

Not sure what the answer is, but I have terrible itching after exercise, even just walking. Perhaps it's the raised body temp. aggravating the bacteria?

Heat kills Lyme...my daughter would itch after a shower or bath too.

If I walk any distance at all my side(usually one or the other) starts itching with the sensation of 1000's needles...

radiates down my thigh too... always wondered if it was a lack of oxygen to those muscles,skin...?

I too get very itchy after a shower, back especially...

Could be:

Toxin release through the skin pores, or
Heat rash (antihistamines will help with this), or
Stressed out liver, or
something else...

Might try dry skin brushing before showering/bathing, or rinsing off in luke-warm or cool water after bathing/showering to see if that helps any...
