The tops of my feet are ice cold, so cold they hurt unless I'm wearing thick socks. Is that caused by Babesia or Bart?

This is fascinating to me! This has been one of my symtoms that does not resolve! It's cold all the way up to my knees and my feet are so cold they're painful... I've had a lower extremity doppler from a cardiologist and the circulation is fine, all thyroid tests are fine. I was diagnosed with bartonella so I guess thats the cause. In the book "Insights into Lyme Disease" Dr M talks about how a lot of her bartonella patients present with this. Anybody else have any input on this??
