I heard Dr. Nick Gonzalez talking about using sodium alginate for detox.
I think he makes his own for his patients but I was wondering if anybody here uses it and what are the best brands.

bumping up this old thread, wondering if anyone has used this.
I plan on trying it for gerd which is reaching my upper throat and sinuses. Is supposed to form a type of "raft" to prevent acid from coming up.
