Could your muscle lining or tissue be affected?

Body builders often use L-Glutamine for building muscles when working out. It repairs the tissue faster and helps bulking up.

It is also used for repairing gut lining for those with leaky gut syndrome caused by infections, yeast, antibiotics and other drugs. etc.

Maybe this reading will help?

Slippery Elm, Marshmallow root powder & DGL (Deglycyrrhizinated Licorice) are also very helpful with Leaky Gut, as is a

gluten-free and dairy-free diet. Be sure to avoid carbonated waters as the bubbles can be rather caustic to the stomach lining.

You can read more about the herbs mentioned here:

I have recently dived into working out to get some muscle and weight back on me.

I was told that lifting heavy weight with low reps is what throws on mass, weight, and strength. High reps with low weight is for toning and burning weight off.

I also would follow up a workout with a protein drink that also had amino acids in it for rebuilding. Sometimes I go overboard and make myself feel bad from time to time. Especially there at the beginning.

Also allow 2-3 minutes between sets if you have to, and working out just 2-3 times a week is good! Even for a 100% healthy person.
