formed feces.
I have been sick for weeks with bladder and stomach burning with radiating back pain and nausea.
This AM is the first time I vomited....maybe it's not bladder related?

I have been sick too. Something is going around but most people recover in a couple of day. For a week or two I felt completely bloated and had gas. Then I spent one night feeling nauseated (other family members were vomiting).
A week later I got sick again and was vomiting. After that my stomach hurt and burned for two weeks with a lot of bloating and gas.
Currently I am running a constant fever 3 degress above my normal. I am so tired I can only stand a short period of time before I have to sit and catch my breath.
So what is it? I sure wish I knew!

It is possible to vomit feces if you have an intestinal obstruction. If that is the case, it could be a real emergency. Hope that's not the case.

Susieq2 raises a good point. You should contact your doctor about this immediately. If you can't reach him/her, you probably should go to the ER to get checked out. My father almost died from an intestinal obstruction last year.
