so I guess I'm showing positive for these. Is there any treatment or just supporting your immune system? I haven't had a chance to talk to my doctor yet.
I also have a single copy of the A1298C mutation. Should I have my kids tested? My daughter has Lyme.

I know there are some anti-viral prescriptions and herbal things that can help, I would look into the herbals.
I also have high loads of both of them and from what I've read and talked about with my LLMD, they will go down as treatment progresses. I am also doing transfer factor to help support my immune system, along with other supplements.

From my arsenal:
Olive Leaf for acute antiviral or prevention.1-3 capsules 3x per day. Liquid capsules are preferred over powder. Gaia Herbs
Mastica - antiviral/GI support/treats gut anaerobes including H.pylori. 1-3 times per day, with meals. Ecologial Formulas.
Monolaurin - antiviral/GI support/treats gut anaerobes including H.pylori. 1-3 times per day before or between meals. Brand isn't critical. But liquid caps are preferred over dried or tablets.
Lomatium - antiviral Native American herb. 2-3 droppersful 3 times per day. LDM-100 - dosing is different - look online.
TIMS - glandular and nutritional support. Dose high at early symptoms or exposure - 3-4 every few hours for a few days. Seroyal
Ellagica/Ellagic acid for GI support. 2-4 @ bedtime. Keep in freezer due to smell.
Flucomune - accute immune support. 2-3 every few hours at the first sign or symptoms or after acute exposure. Short term use only. Ayush Herbs
Garlic - freeze dried - Lyme/antimicrobial. Child 1 cap 2-3x/day; opened and dissolved into small amount of warm water to drink before meals. Biopure or BioImmersion
Viressence from Biopure Lauricidin (made from coconut) - my favorite together with Viressence before getting into heavier stuff above.

Lauricidin for EBV- work up from a pellet to at least 1 scoop a day. It's powerful stuff. It will take a few months, but you'll find you'll be less likely to get the flu and stomach viruses. It's not good for colds, however.
for HHV6 - try Transfer Factor PlasMyc. It's expensive, but it works pretty well with regular use.
