There is a wonderful coffee that is low acid and organic. You can get decaf or regular. I have no commercial interest in this company, yet i appreciate them. Look at puroast.com
Everyone has their ideas about coffee being a problem or not. If you are a coffee drinker and don't want to give it up for whatever reason, puroast is a nice choice and alternative to the more acidic coffees around.
Enjoy ~

I "cold brew" my organic coffee to remove the acid. It's the best tasting coffee ever and you can choose whatever kind of coffee you like
Just google "cold brew". You can purchase it prepared (but not organic) or find "brewers" and "how to's"

- Just to be aware, in case of fatigue or other adrenal symptoms . . . for those with adrenal dysfunction from lyme, caffeine is off limits to help the adrenal system repair.
Dr. B's guidelines state for everyone: no caffeine.
Good thing there are options with decaf.
Just be sure that decaf process is free of chemicals such as hexane. This detail can usually be found on their websites and with other searches. -
