When I got on Cymbalta, I felt my mood was better, but I was loosing weight very rapidly which ultimately led to me getting off. I lost 10lbs in a week and am already slim.
Hope it helps you! Best of luck.

I would strongly caution against taking Cymbalta. While it did help with my sciatica pain, I started having instense side effects and it was HELL to get off of.
I tapered off very slowly, and still had side effects for months after it was out of my system: electrical "zaps" in my head, lightheadedness, nausea, etc.

I was on cymbalta 30 mg and i felt great. My sister who has MS is on 60mg and she loves it. I guess like any other med, some people will have side effects and some won't.
