I've been taking microsilica.....expensive though. It's one of Dr. K's favorites.
Bentonite clay works for me also.
I also love charcoal, but be careful not to take too regularly as it can deplete you of minerals, etc.
With all of these, drink plenty of water/good fluids, and make sure to stay up on your electrolytes.

If you take binders 20 minutes before taking abx, wouldn't the binders make the abx less effective?

Yes wait at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours after taking antibiotics and other meds.

I really like Modifilan as a binder. It does not compete with food or deplete minerals.
They came up with this particular formula after Chernobyl for radiation. It also does a nice job with lead and other heavy metals.

Coffee enemas are not meant for getting the bowels moving. In fact, it is suggested that they be done after a natural bowel movement.
They are for stimulating the liver to produce glutathione and detoxify. That's why they are retained.
So, though coffee enemas are great (I did them often), you still need to be sure your bowels are moving regularly.
