I have so much sinus pressure, the bridge of my nose hurts. Above my eyes hurt, blow my eyes and my temples. HEadache is killing me. My face feels tight.
Could this just be allergies...or is this more a lyme, babs, or bart thing.
Currently on Bicillan Septra PLaquenil Zith GSE Nystatin Diflucan
Anyone have any tips for relief?

Maybe a sinus infection....Are you rinsing with saline? You are aleady doing GSE and on a couple of abx.'s that treat sinus infections so...
Try some allergy meds and small dose of Sudafed and Mucinex. I take a nasal antihistamine and along with small dose of sudafed and muscinex I get great relief from sinus /head pressure.
Could still be from lyme and co. but treating with standard allergy meds helps me a ton.
Hot steam/mist with tea tree/eucaliptus/peppermint does wonders as well.
I also alternate ice and heat on my forehead and sometimes on my face - it helps temporarily.

not sure which co-infection could be to blame, but what helps me with my head pressure is to tie a clay heating pad around my head as tightly as possible.
you would think that would make you feel worse, but it REALLY helps me.
sometimes my head hurts so bad that just BLINKING feels like i am being punched in the eyes.
i also pinch the bridge of my nose to relieve pressure, as well as massage different pressure point on my face, and the back of my head/neck
if you suspect allergies, you might want to try a nose bidet... they are great for cleaning out sinuses.
i hope you feel better soon!
