I recently started CSM and am starting slowly. Can you share your reactions when starting CSM and if it made any difference with your treatment? Thanks!

Have taken it a little over a month at 4 scoops a day. Can't really tell if its done much.

I did have to stop it a couple times due to severe rectal irritation (even some bleeding).

Doctor said it was probably due to the toxic load coming out. My levels were/are very high.

I have been feeling more sluggish and been sleeping more since starting and I was having trouble sleeping before. I didn't know if it could be a reaction to cholestyramine or not?

You never know with any of this what is causing what.
