Does the use of the IR sauna still necessitate someone to take binders internally? Or are all the toxins mobilized by IR sauna excreted solely through the skin?
And would one need to take a shower after using the IR sauna to wash away the poisons so they aren't re-absorbed through the skin?

After being in an FIR sauna, my doctor says to shower off with alternating hot and cold water. Says we're also detoxing internally through bile release into the liver.
He recommends also taking Takesumi activated charcoal to speed up the detoxification process of the FIR sauna.

I drink water during and after doing the sauna. I take the takesumi charcoal away from anything with fats in it. So it's more of a dietary issue.
I've noticed that my sweat time has decreased majorly recently, from 35 or 40 minutes to an average of 20 minutes. My doctor thinks it could be due to the activated charcoal - hard to know for sure, so I just keep taking it!

Robin123, can you post a link for the Takesumi type you take. Thank you. It sounds very interesting especially as a heavy metal detox/binder
