I'm confused about which probiotic to choose. The article I was reading in regards to candidates said to be sure to choose a probiotic that will survive in your stomach so it can make it to your gut. Which ones will do that???

Well, some claim to do so... some actually do, some probably don't. Just buy a good quality one.
