Good evening everyone! I'm debating on starting the salt/c protocol, but I've read that your diet should consist of 75% vegetables. That's just not possible for me!! I don't eat vegetables, at all! Only in soups and pureed.
Has anyone had success with the protocol and not followed the vegetable diet of 75% vegetables? I don't want to waste my time trying this if it won't work without following that diet.
Any advice is appreciated!

Hi Jess,
I didn't always follow the 75% rule and had great success with the salt/c protocol. It's the salt that kills the bacteria and parasites.
I would just go ahead with it and also incorporate an antiparasitic herb such as Parastroy. Remember to ramp up slowly.
Good luck and keep us posted.

Gael, you are my angel! Thank you! I was afraid to try it if it would fail without following that diet.
I'm going to start even slightly lower than the book suggests (1/8 tsp) salt and ramp up very slowly. Slow and steady and hopefully i'll see improvement. :-)

I don't do the 75% rule and have found the salt/c to still be effective. Go for it!
