Yes, just take it a few hours before or after infusion.

Two LLMD's said that because saccromyces is yeast only you can take it along side abx oral or IV.
Both LLMD's that told me that are in DC.

Correct Faithfull, I had auto reply activated.

I take Forastor daily and do know I can take it with ABX, but I choose to bundle it in with VSL#3 and magnesium between ABX sessions.

What about herbals like Cryptolepis and Sida Acuta.... can they be taken with Probiotics or away from?

You can take the herbals with your abx seeing as they are working on the same thing as the abx. I don't use herbals with my probiotics. They are taken alone.

I take vsl#3 ds at least two to three hours between abx.

All minerals are taken away from abx and probiotics.

I take magnesium, calcium and any other mineral you usually take away from probiotics.

Yes it is a royal pain to figure out a schedule to stagger everything but if you don't, you are going to make something you are taking ineffective.

gmb .. a good time to take probiotics is first thing in the morning and last thing at night. I try to take more in the afternoon also. I'm not on abx, but this is the same thing I did back when I was on them.
