neck pain, headache off and on, feel like I'm choking, choke easily on medium size pills, straining to talk, feel congestion in my lungs when I lay on my back, sinus drainage, ear pain, collar bone pain mostly in the morning, eye pain and redness, feels like I'm getting a sore throat, feel like I'm coming down with something, dry cough, feel like oxygen is being cut off to my brain periodically, burning feet only at night, anxiety.
There could be few more symptoms, but this is most of them. I'm so worried. I'm thinking this could be ALS, or cancer or something.

Well, I have 95% of what you just described and a very positive Babesia WA-1 titer. Very good chance it is in my opinion. Of course, a doctor would need to make that call. The only thing I don't have is the burning feet.
I never had a positive blood smear for Babesia. My ID doc says my 1:2,048 titer is likely a false positive or past infection since it's IgG. I was told no one would survive for 5-6 years with an active Babesia infection. Not sure I buy into this theory/statement.

Seek......really 95%? Wow! That really makes me think. I became ill over 7 years ago and I'm still here. I think the Lyme is gone, but something is still going on, and babs seems likely. I'm going to ask for the Babesia WA-1 test next week. I just hope doc will treat me for it based on clinical symptoms.
Seekhelp are you treating for Babs now? Do you have pain deep down in your ears? Today my ears are driving me crazy. Do you feel like you wheeze when lying on your back? Do you feel like its a strain to talk? That makes me think of ALS.

suth, ALS can be caused by lyme. I have had ear pain and significant hearing loss due to either
lyme or babs or bart. Something impacted my hearing and caused pain. The wheeze could be due
to parasites which include babesia. I have tested negative for babs, but I still have treated for
it. I have used A-Bab by Byron White. If you feel like you are not getting enough oxygen, it could
be babesia and/or bartonella. Both swipe your red cells' iron which is used for 02 transport. Make
sure you have enough iron on board. I have also used A-Bart for bartonella, but have not done
both A-Bart and A-Bab at the same time.

Yeah, I have most of your symptoms. I am not treating for Babesia now as I don't have a doctor. Long story, but...
I have had ear pain in the past, but my biggest issue is sporadic ear fullness/popping. It's always been a major issue and gets worse with any activity. Something isn't right. ENTs never find anything wrong.
I get very short winded doing anything exerting. Always feels like a pressure on my chest. Voice will feel raspy. I recently had a cardiac catherization and it was 100% normal so heart issues ruled out. I would guess oxygenation problems are the cause of my fatigue/shortness of breath. I am completely unable to exercise due to it.

Babs and parasites. Also possible protomyxzoa.

Maybe not relevant, but right now a strep infection is going around which causes sore throat and sinus drainage. Could you have more than one thing going on?
