I had twitching all overlo my body permanently for Mnchs. For me its Bart or a mycoplasma like organism. Maybe Bart ( not bartonella hnsele or so) is more like mycoplasmama behause of its Resistance and long Term therapy. Nothing really resolves this just time into treatment.Histamine can also cause twitching which is released during die off/ herxing. Maybe lemon juice into the drinking water. Maybe alpha lipoid acid which helps me against muscle aches. I still get little twitching but this is a lays with increased treatment which does not hit babs. So in my case it's not babs.

I've had twitching for 3 1/2 years now. It has slowly improved but on-going. I've been using Magnesium, Epsom salt baths, B Complex and antibiotics.

I hope someone figures out how to make this go away - I too have this issue, just started a few months ago. Notice it mostly when I sit on the computer too long at work. But it is very aggravating!!!

Have you tried accupuncture? If it is driving you crazy, maybe some nerve work is in order. Some people here don't like accupuncture, but overall, I think it has helped me.
