Your TSH could vary that much from hour to hour. 0.77 is totally normal and is not indicative of hyperthyroidism. I feel best when my TSH is under 1.0.

Do you know what your FT3 and FT4 are? That would give you a better indicator of where you are really at....
My thyroid was ablated (RAI) in 1998 before I knew I had Lyme.... my tsh is ALWAYS undetectable... I monitor by my FT3 and FT4...
