I'm waiting to see a LLMD. However, my appointment isn't for 2 months Last night every time I would drift off to sleep, I would get like a rush feeling through my body. Like my heart would race. It would almost feel like an adrenaline rush. It was so strange. Has anyone had this before??

I do all the time. I don't know why this happens but when it does, I get up and take some activated charcoal and then a little while after that some alka seltzer gold. It seems to help me a little at the time.
But it still happens a lot.

Thanks..happy to know I'm not the only one. I'm not yet diagnosed but have SO many of the symptoms and I guess this is just another to add to the list.

Yes. I had this very badly sometime in my first several years. I would also have panic awakenings, where I would I would bolt up, terrified, with my heart pounding and my CNS cranked.
This is mostly gone now.

I bet anything it's arythmia (likely PVCs). I had this A TON when I first got sick. When you are getting them a lot put your finger on your pulse, I bet you feel a brief pause in your beat and then a very hard fast series of beats. For me that was PVCs -- a delayed beat and when it catches up is creates a rush of blood with the next beat that you can feel through your entire body. This was probably one of my most scary sx and it took me weeks to understand what was causing the sensation. Magnesium help me. I rarely get them now though I am still dealing with many sx.

I used to take about 3000mg of magnesium before bed. I wouldn't suggest it though. I think most people take MUCH less. I for some reason don't react to things normally. It took that much to stop twitching and heart palpitations for me.
