I drink aloe juice, inner fillet (if you take the whole leaf it acts like a strong laxative). I take about 1/4 cup with my probiotics before I go to bed.
It seems to really help! They are suppose to work synergistically together (probiotics and aloe).

You can also eat a bit of your aloe plant. A doctor suggested this. He feels fresh is best. I do eat the leaf because I am usually constipated.
