Can anyone recommend a good supplement to help support the adrenals?
Pretty sure mine are shot.

Eleuthero, rhodiola, ashwgandha.
Licorice root also, if you have low blood pressure.
**Keep an eye on your blood pressure if you take licorice, because it will raise it. If it gets too high, go off of it for a few days, and then start again at a lower dosage.

- Be careful to "do" licorice root primarily earlier in the day -- and it's best combined with other things. Alone, it can be a bit too stimulating for some of us.
Same with rhodiola. Alone, not past mid-afternoon until see how it works for you. Also "plays best with others." -

Isn't it hard to find a mainstream md who believes in adrenal fatigue?
I have heard they don't really recognize it until the adrenals become exhausted and a dx of Addison's Disease.
No alternative doctors around here, so I just figured I'd have to work on this by myself.
