Hi. I am having luck with this.
Be sure to use unrefined all natural sea salt only. NEVER use table salt.
For powdered vitamin C, try to find something that doesn't have a lot of fillers in it. I like Kirkmann buffered C powder.
I would start with 1/4 tsp natural sea salt, and 1/4 tsp powdered vitamin C in a big glass of water with some stevia and a fresh squeezed lemon or lime.
Drink it throughout the day, being sure to drink other glasses of plain filtered water.
After your body is comfortable with that dose, move up to 1/2 tsp of each.
Start low and go slow.
When I reached 2 tsp of each, which took about 4 months, I had mass exodus of parasites.
You may find your body actually feels better with salt/C.
Also, drinking pure coconut water every day for the potassium and magnesium is important for mineral balance.
Parasite warriors thread has lots of info on salt/c.
Best, Greta
