Hello-

Is it ok to take salt/c, Parastroy, and A-Bart with other supplements such as Alpha Lipoic Acid, Florastor, and NAC. Basically, what that I listed here can be combined to make my life easier? I always worry about counteracting my meds and supplements.

My understanding is Byron White herbal tinctures need to be taken 20 minutes away from everything else.

Florastor is a "yeast" so should be taken away from Parastroy and salt/C.

I'm not sure about NAC or ala.
