While it would probably be an easy answer that they all do, which of the TBD is believed to contribute most to insomnia based on your treatment experience?

Lyme itself can cause insomnia, but I think the coinfections Bart & Babs/Proto are probably more likely/worse.

Disturbed stomach, which has 70% of the immune cells.Disturbed stomach means disturbed immune system, and vice verse.
abx will kill probiotics and disturb the stomach and the immune system, so you cannot sleep...
