Curious to know what someone on an anti-yeast/Lyme/dairy-free diet who has nut sensitivities can eat for protein sources and allowable carbs.

Funny, I can drink almond milk, but raw almonds/almond butter cause mouth itching.

Can't eat the other allowable nuts options.

Love pistachios and peanut butter, but are a no go with this diet. So hungry now I am eating the forbidden pistachios.

Love beans/legumes-another no.

I do whip up batches of chia seed pudding, but it's not filling.

I'm basically eating a ton of allowable veggies, chicken/turkey and quinoa.

My dr. did say I didn't have to be as strict due to weight loss/hunger (underweight), so I've now added a bean/legume dish once or twice a week, which has really helped knock out the hunger on those days.

I eat 4 eggs (3 whites) for breakfast and a big bowl of Bob's Red Mill creamy buckwheat cereal with almond milk.

I count my lucky stars that I am able to work out almost every day alternating weights/cardio days, this I know is the need for extra fuel.

I tried to add plain Greek yogurt for the protein and probiotics, but due to IC issues, especially frequent urination, I had to stop, peeing every hour or less was not good.

I'm just starting abx and have been taking two probiotics, no yeast issues, but definitely want to be proactive and adhere to this diet the best I can.

I'm one who gets moody and cranky when hungry and feel lousy and weak.

I would eat the whole egg. Whites are hard to digest anyway.
