These are the ONLY foods I could tolerate for over 5 years when I was severely ill...they kept me alive...and although I am well now and have expanded my diet, I still eat them regularly:
1) bone broths 2) avocados 3) eggs 4) sardines 5) soaked/baked nuts 6) green apples 7) 8) 9) 10)

This diet has helped me tremendously. Cayenne pepper added to my lemon water has really helped with my herxes.
