Ditto on the elderberry. You can get Sambucol--elderberry extract--at drug stores. It comes in liquid form and also dissolving tablets. Feel better soon!

It must be going around in NY, I am not too far from ya.
First my son, then my daughter, & now me. Makes Lyme amplified to a debilitating level & I've been in bed all week.
And I am on so many ABX & herbs & teas. I too will try some of the ones mentioned.

Sore throat is Finally gone. Still getting mild fevers and cough is lessening now I'm sneezing and watery eyes. Ugh...

It's a bit too late now, but you should have seen your doctor and started Tamiflu right away.
Sorry you feel so awful. Be prepared for a long recovery,but you will get there.
