- Excitotoxins, additives in foods. Liver stress.
Magnesium deficiency and other mineral imbalance.
Lack of enough FISH OIL; in need of adrenal support?
Heavy Metals
Cell phone . . . don't get too close for too long. Keep it as far, far away from you as possible, especially when at home.
Too much glutamine in your body? Or two other amino acids that can cause panic?

Thanks Keebler. Where can I get all my minerals checked?

- I am too tired to go into that and really not the best source on that. I just listen to my body but try to get most from foods.
The magnesium test needs to be intracellular, RBC, not serum. And, I think that most tests like this can't really tell us very much.
After reading what magnesium deficiency does, adding in a reasonable amount, best forms, divided 3 or 4 x a day . . . see if that will help - for a start.

- Tincup just posted this:
Anxiety linked to Borrelia miyamotoi, a Borrelia species the standard tests don't pick up.
"Dr. Nadia Persheff, a pediatrician at Hampton Pediatrics, said the symptoms of the rare strain of Lyme disease, Borrelia Miyamoto, are different, and can include anxiety for children."

- Bartonella, too, stands out in the TBD crowd I hear - that can cause a rough and tumble anxiety / panic attacks. Great detail here about how even "just" lyme can do this but also expansive views on the whole ticket.

While I was either under treated or we were still trying to figure out optimum antibiotic treatments for me I used to get panic attacks that I often worried were heart attacks. Nope, heart was always fine. Once I started getting consistent effective antibiotic therapy, such as rocephin, bicillin-la, or oral combinations, then the panic attacks went away and have not returned. But I must always stay on an effective antibiotic regimen.
There is one natural I have found very effective in combination with antibiotics, "androgaphis". It did give me a severe head rash but then it went away when I was still on androgaphis.
I feel for you. Keep smiling. And one day….
