I use it in green smoothies. We are supposed to take it on an empty stomach? Oops. Sorry, new.

It does make smoothies taste great if you use just a bit with a green apple and liquid stevia.

I have read different things so if it is working for you in smoothie dont change cuz of what i say

I switched from 3 cups a day to two...and upped the amount...and it works better for me. Three was too much

I dont know why but it seems to be helping me lose weight. Im.hypoglycemic and have eaten the same way for a long tume based on taking protein in so i dont get dizzy

I think i am eating almost half of what is normal cuz i feel stuffed all the time and never get dizzy

I started the acv to help with reflux...but i like the side effect of losing weight

There's a really old time book on ACV and part of it is that it helps to lose weight. I don't know the name of the book but I remember seeing it at my grandmother's house.

When I use it, I put a tablespoon (roughly) into a glass of water with a little honey. I used to leave the honey out, but then read it's actually better to include it.

You drink 3 cups a day? Of the vinegar? You might like kombucha. [Smile]

I started with 3 cups a day with 1 tsp each acv and organic honey in 8 oz hot water

It was too hard for me to do 3x a day so now i do 2 cups a day with 1/2 tablespoon each of acv and honey

I plan to move up to one tablespoon of each. I used to hate taste of honey but really like it this way. I think the honey really helps stabilize my blood sugr and that makes me eat less
