All day today I am having difficulty. When I hit "post" it tells me "URI--too large" or some such message.

I have to try over and over again. Same for editing a message.

It doesn't matter if my post is short or long. I get the same message.

Can somebody get word to the webmaster about this problem? thanks

I don't want it to get worse and we won't be able to post at all.

That's strange. I haven't had any trouble, but I've only been on here 2 or 3 times today.

Let us know if it happens again tomorrow. No one else has complained about it.

Why do I need to write my username and password every time I come visit the site?

Well, it just did it to me twice and then the post went through.

This is the exact message that comes up on the Screen:

Request-URI Too Large

The requested URL's length exceeds the capacity limit for this server

No I'm not signing out every day. It's been a few months with this problem. I have to sign in every time I come to lymenet.

In the past, it was automatically done for me (I ticked on the box sign me in automatically) but it simply does not work.

maybe for Europeans... there are some sort of bug or problem???

I am still having this problem on occasion.

Just now, I replied to a private message and got that response, PLUS, it totally wiped out what I had written. Drats!

Usually what I have written remains. Not this time!
