Just had this blood work done:

Igg, Subclasses(1-4)


Test
Igg, Subclass 4 53 1-291 mg/dL
Igg, Subclass 3 69 41-129 mg/dL
Igg, Subclass 2 466 117-747 mg/dL
Igg, Subclass 1 488 422-1292 mg/dL

Immunoglobulin G, (Total) 1206 700-1600 mg/dL

hs-CRP was normal
CD 57 112

Thanks Susan. Are yours much different? My subclass 1 was close to the bottom of the range so I was concerned about that. Not sure if I am being overly cautious.

I would say you are good - not to worry.

Perhaps check again in the future.

If you still suspect an immune deficiency you could do vaccine challenges - see how your body responds. ie Tetanus, H.Flu., and Strep.

If inadequate response - maybe, maybe an ID.

Maybe next time have the other totals checked. Although not much can be done about those if deficient - but would be good to know.
