I see the frustration, you have bands that are IGg specific but not IgM specific. But -- 41 is positive and 39 is IND. I would read as Lyme positive.
31 is super specific WHEN it's Lyme. Your body is fighting hard, which means right now you have an immune system coherent enough to fight it.

someone (on Lymenet?) mentioned band 45 cross-reacts with Erlichia, I think. But, treatment overlaps with Lyme so my LLMD didn't even test for it.
