Does anyone know of a lab or person in the US that does darkfield microscopy for a fee if blood is shipped to them? Thanks!

Lymed has some u toob vidies under borrelia tamer...some coat the edge with imersion oil ...clean area in side of finger ,use a diabetic pricker .wipe first drop away ..get in middle of cover slip .,2 per slide ...i crush rbc with light pressure from bic pen (plastic end )
I just did my first giemsa stain using a 3 part vet dye used to test cattle for babs...they sent it right away..that was easy too..drya thick and thin smear , dip in each then rinse with distilled ..pat dry with chem wipe ..oil on smear no cover slip
read microscopy thread ..lymed ,dude and tnt are the experts ..its awesome yet scary cool..i am using friends brightfield 1000x oil ....

I have the Amscope but find it hard to see things and then interpret what I see
I will use your tips and try again, when I have a chance

If you go to the "search" function, you can type in search terms and select the forums you want to search in. It will pull up threads.

I've searched on the Internet about how to prep blood with slides and look for spirochetes using dark field microscopy. I can't find what I'm looking for.
Does anyone have a link with step by step instructions, along with corresponding visuals, to do this?
