Seems as if taking an aspirin would help in this daily. Most of my issues are burning and twitching in lower legs. Weakness overall. Shakiness is better term.

High-allicin garlic is a good de-coagulant. Kyolic is my favorite.

jory's suggestion is, indeed, an excellent one as allicin also has many other wonderful aspects to it. More detail:

Topic: will one baby aspirin a day make gastritis worse? - 23 January, 2015

WHY ASPIRIN CAN BE SO VERY DANGEROUS, even a daily tiny dose. It might be good to have some on hand in case of a real emergency but daily use can lead to the E.R. and the O.R.

PRICKLY ASH BARK is really a top notch consideration for multiple reasons, too, especially for "thick" blood and babesia.

"Sticky" blood is also how it's referred to by some.

"thick" blood is very common with lyme / tick borne disease. And it can cause a lot pain, too.

FIBRINOGEN is the key term to use, & the resulting HYPERCOAGULATION if you want to cross search with certain ILADS LLMD's works.

Back to Prickly Ash Bark:

I use it to help mouth ulcers and just let a little "melt" along with olive leaf glycerine extract.

I don't have the energy to make a nice links set out of this but will post some of my file notes.

Mountain Rose Herbs has a good powder that I use. You can also find quality tinctures. Dose needs to be carefully arranged and consistent.

Backing up, though, to your leading post:

" . . . of my issues are burning and twitching in lower legs. Weakness overall. Shakiness is better term." (end quote)

I would not assume that is due to thick blood. It sure could be - or a big part, yet there could be a number of influences at work.

Magnesium deficiency seems the one to first consider, as well as your blood glucose levels --or adrenal exhaustion.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rouleaux

ROULEAUX [Roo-low] . . . where RBC stack up. Very common with lyme & with babesia.

Basic Wiki detail here.

You could contact the source below and inquire as to how to ask your regular doctor to do a proper FIBRINOGEN test for someone with your set of diagnoses.

Or if you have an LLMD, ask them.

http://drcharlescrist.net/hypercoagulation.html

Hypercoagulation, or thrombophilia, may be defined as reduced capillary blood flow or a greater tendency than normal for blood to coagulate, or clot.

Of approximately 900 borreliosis patients that I tested, 90 percent had hypercoagulation.

Comparatively, only five percent of the general healthy population has hypercoagulation, due to infections. . . .

I use live bees as they seem hotter .and less expensive bit have used the injectable in a pinch
micheal simics of apitronic services makes a injectable called venex in canada ...he wants a script or letter from nurse doc or dom to make sure you will be ok...it requires procaine ,insulin needles and saftey stuffs (epi pen benadryl )

Http://flash.lymenet.org/ubb/ultimatebb.php/topic/1/134671#00000 ere is a discussion

also see www.honeybeehealers.com for protocol
you can also order rifampin and zithromax online if your customs allows it
