I have been reading that high dose Vitamin B1 can help reduce fatigue in CFS, has anyone with chronic Lyme disease ever tried this. The dose is approximately 500 mg 3x/day. thanks

I just added Stresstabs energy. Big improvement in energy levels. Don't take it at night or you won't be able to sleep.
I paid 5.97 for 90 tablets at Walmart.
It contains all B vitamins(niacin,b5,b12,folate,vitC,thiamin,riboflavin,amino acid,ashwagandha),
It really works.
