Application:

Middle ear infection - diluted with water 1:10 to 1:100 (depending on individual expression) 6-8x a day. It's also good to use tampons in the nose and ears.

Brussels this product is very Russia/Ukrain specific. I don't think you can find it anywhere outside of these countries.

All of the ingredients of Malavit , in different combinations of even individually are traditionally used a lot in Russia.

This specific combo Malavit I personally saw the first time at VFT. To be honest I had to google it.
