hmm. I just bought this a bit ago thinking it would be a good try. I have it in my fridge, but haven't used it much yet.
Maybe I'll be a bit more consistent and let you know what I think.

- Do we really want to take our " immune system into high gear" ? I don't think so.
I'm hoping they overstate that and use it as marketing since most what out of the galaxy experiences with just about anything these days.
How do you feel when you take it? If it's too stimulating, that could be counter productive, even dangerous.
If, though, it's just like some good food and you feel better nourished, that's good. I hope that is how it works, for a good balance, not a boost.
It is an impressive list of ingredients. I'd want to look for the total amount of glutamic acid, though, to be sure it's not too high. My eyes can't do that right now, though. -

- Aspartate; Glutamine; and Phenylalanine?
Check these levels of any supplements we might consider, it's good to know to avoid these specific amino acids in amount higher than a typical good diet would supply.
These are often added - in high amounts - to many supplements that offer a "boost" to the tired masses and they can be deceiving - and dangerous for those with neurological issues &/or adrenal dysfunction.
See post: Caution: Aspartate; Glutamine; and Phenylalanine (3 excitatory amino acids that can be wrong for us when added as supplements, beyond a normal dietary level)
Seaweed has its own natural MSG (monosodium glutamate) and can be very excitatory -

I would be cautious if you have a known CBS mutation and need to restrict your dietary sulfur. There appear to be a number of sulfur-containing ingredients.

If you take it, just let us know what you think.
I always had problems with multi-anythings... Even about 3, 4 ingredients only. The problem are sensitivities and allergies.
If you react badly to one of the components, the whole bottle is for the garbage.
At least, that was the case for me.
With the time, I discovered I HAD to buy each separate ingredient, each plant, each mineral, etc.
Ex: magnesium. There are so many magnesium chemical combinations in the market.
I can take only about 3 of them, without problems, after years trying all sorts of types.
The great majority will make me feel ill and will not bring me any benefit, on the contrary, will make me feel ill.
