Haven't heard much about it here, I'm doing both and wonder if there's others? Curious how your results have been?

What do those initials stand for? Google is of no help. If a product, or even if a plan, links to the parent sites might be of help.

If the former is Exercise with Oxygen Therapy, be certain to have an ILADS educated LL doctor guide you for exercise needs to be non-aerobic for those dealing with lyme. Be sure it enhances and does not drain.

So, NAD is nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide.

According to Wikipedia, it is a coenzyme found in all living cells.

Never heard of it.

hello.

I'm currently investigating EWOT (exercising with oxygen therapy) and mild HBOT (mHBOT). There was an article posted within the last couple of days by an MD active on the web (Dr. M) about these and HBOT. Standard EWOT supplies a high level of oxygen throughout the exercising, which can be anything that raises the heart rate.

He said that EWOT depends on the blood circulation ti get the increased oxygen to the cells whereas HBOT pushes oxygen into the tissues, whether there is blood circulation there or not.

I'm also investigating a treatment where the oxygen level is reduced while "sprinting" and then shot up to close to 100% while maintaining a steady pace, alternating every 30 seconds or so.

This form is claimed to be superior in result and speed than mHBOT or standard EWOT.

More research ongoing now. Any help from others on this question?? I can't really afford to get both types of systems or pay to go for individual treatments often enough.

References and/or personal stories would be most appreciated!!

Best,

Cass A

Here's a link to an article on the difference in EWOT, HBOT, and mHBOT.
