Toxins, like vitamins, can be divided into two categories:
Water-soluble toxins: which are easily flushed out of the body via the blood and kidneys.
Fat-soluble toxins: which must be converted by the liver to become water soluble (3).
Fat-soluble toxins include pesticides, preservatives, food additives, heavy metals, pollutants, plastics and other environmental chemicals. ------------------

Well, as you can see, most toxins we talk about are fat soluble, not water soluble.
Biofilms contain loads of fat (that is why it becomes like a plastic piece, sometimes almost impossible to cut it even with a knife!).
you can take loads of water, water soluble substances (even MSM is water soluble), but how to get the damn fat soluble toxins - which are mostly what I've been aiming for more than a decade?
Heavy metals, pesticides, plastics, and I suppose die off garbage are cellular debris = made of fat too (as cell membranes are fat rich).
The brain is FULL of fats, the nerves, spine, too. The gut is full of nerves, right?
I got amazed once to see how cabbage leaves placed on skin pulls toxins (fat soluble ones), the feeling was already super good, but as soon as the skin gets clean of toxins, the cabbage cannot pull fat soluble toxins again.
This lipo Vit C is doing it from inside!!
I feel it acting in all problematic spots of my body, meaning, areas of low grade inflammation (sinuses, joints, mainly).
Why?
It's just chemistry: Vit C gives electrons to substances that need electrons (it's an antioxidant). Spots of inflammation and toxic (heavy metals, etc) are acid, meaning, they lack electrons.
the problem with most water soluble antioxidants is that they cannot reach fat soluble toxins.
It's like trying to wash your greasy pan after cooking bacon with water.
You need an emulsifier (like a detergent) to help break the fat in smaller particles, so that they can get off your greasy pan.
Normal water soluble vit C and any water soluble substances do not go inside these 'greasy' spots and cannot flush them well¨.
This is amazing stuff. SO far no diarrhea, I'm on 40-50 ml a day.
People even do with ultrasound TOOTH BRUSH, so you don't even have to buy an ultrasound jewelry cleaner.
Whole cost of the thing:
- 160 Watt ultrasound jewelry cleaner (110 euros) (second hand for 70 euros)
(alternative, any ultrasound tooth brush)
- powdered vit C, 200 grams = about 10 euros at the pharmacy
- Lecithin, I bought 500 gr, it was from sunflower, organic, expensive (I think it was about 40 euros, but I did not research a lot).
- vodka or alcohol from pharmacy, or glycerin
I don't know how long it will last though, but I got about 1.2 liters to start playing.
Highly recommended. Posts: 6200 | From Brussels | Registered: Oct 2007

I like my device because I suppose that object that receives ultrasound, will liberate micro-particles.
So the toothbrush in water is made of metals and plastic, and will probably leave residues inside the final product.
I use a coffee jar (borosilicate glass) inside my ultrasound cleaner. Any glass that withstands heat is usually borosilicate glass.
So I just place my ingredients inside the coffee jar and do it there, with a piece of kitchen paper under (to avoid noise).
When I stir the solution, I use a wooden spoon, a clean one, and usually when the device is off, so that I don't get residues inside.
Ultrasound is a potent way to clean things, meaning, it will take off small particles from any container you use.
That is why I don't do mine directly on stainless steel but inside the coffee jar.

I wake up sometimes so achy... I sleep much less with this, and today, my daughter slept 8 hours, woke up at 7.00 in the morning (she usually needs 10 hours).
She said her left knee - THE lyme knee - is achy, on and off.
This is great news: toxins there, I'm sure my mercury went to her as I breast fed her. That was the worst knee, the lyme arthritic knee, that caused her so much pain during lyme.
The pinching there is great. That is what we feel when we start on a new heavy metal chelation substance.
I woke up due to pain on my right elbow. I never have any pain there, no trouble there that I remember. The pinching pain means that, it's got toxins probably being pulled off from it.
I took then more Lipo C, and the pain is gone now.
My right shoulder (I got pain there for about 3 years, I think, with some noises when I move my arm...) feels like oiled. It's not 100 % but it feels much better.
This Lipo C is going exactly into my joints, which is GREAT news.
I'm super excited, still taking about 40-50 ml a day - this corresponds to about 1 gram of ascorbic acid... which is nothing compared to the 20 grams Linus Pauling was taking!
But as I put too much vodka there, I can't take 20 grams, as I would be totally drunk.
And this is doing something to my gut, at this low dose already...
If I had lyme, this is where I would start. Cheap, easy to do, SUPER anti oxidant effect, rather fast.
I would never ever imagine that ascorbic acid would do that. Never. It feels almost like the potent Megahydrate, from Flanagan.
Maybe though it feels like that due to vodka I added??!!
I was wondering if we could simply do that without the ultrasound device. I suppose that only mixing it with a hand mixer (or low speed mixer) for a few minutes will ALREADY bring some effect.
The ultrasound just makes the liposomes smaller, so easy to pass through smaller spaces in the body, I suppose...
Amazing stuff. I could not stay in bed for long again.

I've been interested in lipo C for a long time but haven't tried it yet. I would most certainly invest in an ultrasonic cleaner to make it myself, as the cost of lipo c is too dear and there would be benefit to processing other supplements into liposomes for increased absorption.
Your need for less sleep mirrors an anecdote I recall from someone's journal documenting their experience with liposomal C.

Yep, it's exactly what I TRIED to follow, Gz.
After spending many hours reading, watching youtub videos etc, I think this website was the best.
The ONLY problem is that the amount of alcohol is big.
There are 2 advantages in using that amount of alcohol:
1- it preserves better 2- it emulsifies the lecithin better than just with water.
The recipe the website proposes has an AMAZING concentration of lecithin and super high amount of Vit C. Combined to the maximum benefits.
The problem is the length of time that one has to spend in DISSOLVING all that lecithin. 24 hours.
I was not that patient, and did mine in 1 hour. For that, I had to use only 50% of the amount of lecithin from the recipe.
Still, the amount is bigger than almost all other recipes I found in the internet.
The amount of lecithin from other recipes is lower, I think, because they do not use alcohol, only water.
Next time, I'll try to use less alcohol, as I would like to increase the dose of Vit C (but not get drunk).
Yep, this is the best website on Lipo C that I found too!
I bought a good ultrasonic cleaner (160 watts), much more powerful than most home cleaners. It's still a home cleaner, not professional.
It can hold 2 liters, but I use a coffee pot to do my stuff (as I don't want micrometals leaking from the stainless steel).
I read that it would be better to invest in something more powerful (instead of the very cheap models).
Thanks for telling me about the sleep story.
I'm NOT tired during the day, despite sleeping less hours: on the opposite, I'm less tired than usual.
I feel deeper energy inside, which is great.
My daughter is more productive than usual too.
Her mood is amazingly good, she's been doing a lot of drawings lately, which is always a good sign (of good health, I mean). She's also physically more active (playing tennis, running...).
Despite her low ferritin, I'm amazed to see her being creative again.
This stuff is amazing. I don't know if this is due to the parasite cleansing or the Lipo C.
But the mimosa seeds did not give me energy before I added the Lipo C, so I suppose it is the Lipo C!
The fact that it is cleaning my joints (and my daughter's joints) was already worth.
I'm going to send a sample to my parents, who are old, and see if they can also try.

Today, I felt this stuff acting clearly in my brain.
I feel it cleans through layers.
The effect changes, now I got some loose stools (but not too bad).
The inner energy charge is very real.
So real, I'm afraid I'll get addicted to this lipo C.
My hunger pattern is also changing, I am eating more, somehow (I'm way too thin).
I went to measure my weight and I'm slowly gaining weight I think. My muscles also feel stronger.
I think that is helping my metabolism, in a way.
I feel like my body is returning the time, getting younger!.
Detox is on going, I think from now on, the step will be to add building-up substances, minerals, good aminoacids, good oils.
I'm even eating bits of gluten (I know I shouldn't, but the energy I'm getting is making me less afraid...)
Nothing went so deep inside my joints as this stuff.
If you guys don't try this, you won't know what you are losing.
Water soluble Vit C is nothing. Nothing compared to this liposomal version (unless you could take high doses like 10 grams a day or so).
My highest dose was 2 grams a day, and not every day (or that would cause stomach ache). I don't even remember the positive effects of those 2 grams, to tell you the truth...
Now I'm on 1 gram a day of the lipo version, and it's doing already all that.
I can't imagine what 5 grams would do. I won't even try. I think ramping up slowly is the best.
I'm having trouble managing the excess of energy. I mean, just before bed, as it takes me more time to fall asleep.
My body is not used to have excess of energy, but the biggest puzzle for me was trying to build muscles, gain weight again due to low metabolism.
I think I'm gaining weight as I'm eating more. Never in the last 5 years, I remember having the weight I measured yesterday. I don't even want to talk, not to bring bad vibes.
This is the best discovery of the last 2 years. And I'm just on my first week of experience.
I'm praying this effect will last. I'll be then like Linus Pauling, who took high dose vit C till the end of his life.
Highly, highly recommended!!!

Some experts in the field of vitamin C such as Dr Thomas Levy, are saying that 6 grams of liposomal vitamin C is equivalent to 50 grams of intravenous vitamin C (16).
What are Liposomes:
Liposomes are tiny “nano-size” fat soluble vehicles for carrying nutrients to the body’s cells.
Dr Alec Banham, a hematologist at the Babraham Institute in Cambridge, UK discovered the liposomal technology.
“Lipo” is Greek for fat while “soma” means body.
These are a double layer of fatty materials which is similar to the phospholipid bilayer of the cell membranes in the body.
Liposomal vitamin C is packaged like a bodily cell so it passes through the digestive barrier and delivers the nutrient directly to the bloodstream.
This has a much higher absorption rate with over 90% of the cells being bathed in vitamin C.
This is even vastly superior to IV vitamin C which is an expensive but effective procedure that is done quite often in hospitals and alternative health clinics.

Can you imagine that this simple Liposomal Vit C is VASTLY SUPERIOR to the IV Vit C??!
It's hard to believe...
I just realized that I'm taking 4-5 grams of Lipo Vit C, not 1 gram as I said.
In terms of comparison: it means that I probably am feeling all this effect because it is equivalent to about 40 grams of IV vit C!!
----------------------
Continuing, from the website above:
"Intravenous vitamin C elevates blood levels of vitamin C significantly higher, however, without the liposomal membrane this water soluble vitamin C is unable to efficiently penetrate the cell membrane.
Oral vitamin C acts as an antioxidant to reduce oxidative stress in the body.
Intravenous vitamin C is a pro-oxidant drug that helps produce HYDROGEN PEROXIDE which targets cancer cells while leaving normal cells unharmed.
So it does have great benefits in advanced cancer patients.
The cell membrane blocks much of the (common oral) vitamin C that is in the bloodstream from getting into the cell.
The liposomal membrane is able to fuse with the same material and configuration that resides on cell walls.
This results in a lower minimal necessary dosage and saves a tremendous amount of money and stress to the consumer.
Intravenous vitamin C treatments cost between $125 – $160 a session. Typical sessions last around two hours.
A daily dosage of 6g of Liposomal vitamin C costs less than $5 per day and takes no time at all.
(Br: this is equivalent to 50 grams IV Vit C!!)
It does not require a doctor or needles and is very easy and user friendly as we are all familiar with swallowing a pill.

More people trying this:
One lady, about 75 years old, that I know, started taking it.
She reported that her joint pain (her osteo arthrosis is bad, deformed fingers, pain on hips, knee...) got much better very fast!
The only problem is that SHE CAN'T SLEEP well!!
She takes 30 ml (meaning 3 grams / day) only with her breakfast. Even taking so early, her nights are hard, she said.
She stopped taking it, and today, her joint pains were awful.
I'll try to help her find something to help her sleep and suggest her a lower dose...

Today, I went to visit a man in his 70s.
He was having a bad headache, because he had head and spine injuries from several accidents in the past. Migraines is the most common thing for him.
He was feeling cold, and was about to take his pain killers...
I gave him my own lipo Vit C, just about 1, possibly 2 grams. Less than 10 minutes, he started feeling warm, took his pullover off.
In about 1 hour, his headache was 90% gone, he could smile again, and said he needed no more pain killer.
After 2 hours, he said he wanted a coffee and took one.
This stuff is freaking crazy.
I have LOADS of new ideas on how to produce my next batches (I will add other supplements in different dilutions).
My nose sensitivity (for pollen, mold, dust) is very low, I think sort of in stand by mode (I barely have nose symptoms). Still not 100%, but no more allergy.
I got some bone pains one day. Meaning, something is happening in my shinbone...
My head and energy are better, but I needed to lower the dose to 1 gram a day and add more binders in the evening, so that I can sleep.
The clarity in my mind is amazing.
I have forgotten one can have such a clear mind!!!
I don't know if my eyes can see better, or if this is just my brain that can think better.
I have big hopes that chronic disease can be reverted, in my case. I got 5 pounds more, in about one week!!!
If it goes like that, I'll get back to my previous weight (before lyme disease, more than 10 years behind).
I'm sure that the Vit C is helping me to produce muscles, as I feel stronger. It's helping collagen, because my joints feel much more movable.
We continue to treat parasites with Mimosa seeds, and I'll add OPC, that is an extract of grape-seeds (also an antioxidant).
I'm thinking what to do for next batch, I think I'll mix Vit C + OPC + MSM + Vit B12.
This is THE most exciting thing that happened to me in the last years! Posts: 6200 | From Brussels | Registered: Oct 2007

for those who cannot take Vit C, take a look at my other thread with OPC.
This stuff is amazing.
Inexpensive and so effective.
Energy, brain, joints, allergies, my gut is in transformation (I feel things moving...)...
this is the best thing that happened to my health this year, without ANY doubt.
If anyone would like to join the experiment, I wonder what lipo C would do for lyme!!!
Or the OPC in liposomal form!!!!

Here is a recipe I found online.....is this how you're making it? His recipe doesn't use alcohol and is simpler than the one you linked to, but he claims he's getting great results.
"I buy non-gmo Lecithin from Now products and pure vit c powder. Together they cost like 20 some odd bucks. The lecithin is like a waxy polysaccharide from soy, that has its own benefits. So i put a few tablespoons of the lecithin in boiling water, at the same time in cold distilled water i dissolve a tablespoon of vit c powder. Then the 2 fluids go in a blender for about 5 mins.
After that, the mixture goes into an ultrasonic jewellery cleaner i purchased new for about 25 bucks. The action of the ultrasonic basically allows the lecithin to coat the vit c. I sonically treat it for 30 minutes and end up w about 2 cups worth. I take 1.5 tablespoons 2 times a day so the 2 cups is about 2-3 weeks worth.
Tastes like sour milk, but not as bad. More like lemon juice mixed w cream. I chase w a glass of water"

Ctone, it's different and simpler...
I would just advise against a few points:
- do not make your vit C more than 35 degrees Celsius (it destroys the Vit C)
- the patent I read also says NOT to heat the lecithin more than 35 degrees C (body temperature), but I confess I did not pay attention to find out the reasons (it's in the website above, you can try to find by yourself, as the patent is rather long to read....)
so if you use boiling water with lecithin, do not mix into the Vit C BEFORE it cools down.
At least, like this, it will preserve the vit C (as for lecithin, I do not know)
The CHEAP ultrasound devices are very weak. Industrially, liposomals are produced with much potent devices.
I bought one for about 150 dollars (160 watts), which is still a home unit, not industrial, but more potent than the 30 buck devices.
And I still let the ultrasound run for ONE HOUR (it was still NOT enough, as there were some bubbles on top still).
The main IDEA to make THE BEST liposomal, if I understand well, is the following:
- use the MAXIMUM amount of Vit C you can dilute - use the MAXIMUM amount of lecithin you can dilute
The reason is the following: the more concentrate of both, the more potent it will be (the less you need to take)
The long use of ultrasound with a reasonable potent device will make the liposomes smaller and better encapsulated.
The smaller the liposomes, the more they will go into TINY spaces of your body.
DO NOT BUY SOYA. I mean that is MY opinion. Even organic soya in the US may be probably contaminated with GMOs, as pollen flies.
Remember that liposomes will be entering the most intimate places of your body: nerves, bones, brain, all organs, joints, etc.
I would be very wary about what you put inside: no GMOs inside your cells!!! Specially in the US, where you get all these GMO pollens contaminating the neighboring plants.

Role of vitamins D, E and C in immunity and inflammation.
Inflammatory responses are operationally characterized by pain, redness, heat and swelling at the site of infection and trauma.
MAST CELLS reside near small blood vessels and, when activated, release potent mediators involved in ALLERGY and INFLAMMATION.
Vitamin D modulates contraction, inflammation and remodeling tissue.
Vitamin D deficiency has been linked to multiple diseases and several data have demonstrated a strong relationship between serum vitamin D levels and tissue function.
Therapy targeting vitamin D3 signaling may provide new approaches for infectious and inflammatory skin diseases by affecting both innate and adaptive immune functions.
MAST CELLS are activated by OXIDIZED lipoproteins, resulting in increased expression of inflammatory CYTOKINES and suggesting that the reduction of oxidation of low density lipoprotein by vitamin E may also REDUCE MAST CELL ACTIVATION.
Vitamin C is also an anti-oxidant well-known as an anti-scurvy agent in humans.
Vitamin C inhibits peroxidation of membrane phospholipids and acts as a scavenger of free radicals and is also required for the synthesis of several HORMONES and NEUROTRANSMITTERS.
In humans, vitamin C reduces the duration of common cold symptoms, even if its effect is not clear.
Supplementation of vitamin C improves the function of the human immune system, such as antimicrobial and natural KILLER CELL activities, LYMPHOCYTE proliferation, chemotaxis and delayed-type HYPERSENSITIVITY.
Vitamin C depletion has been correlated with HISTAMINEMIA which has been shown to damage endothelial-dependent vasodilation.
However, the impact of these vitamins on ALLERGY and INFLAMMATION is still not well understood.

From the booklet 'Why Vit C works' link:
"Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever.
Dr. Klenner was an authority in the treatment of this rather debilitating, serious disease because his practice was right in the middle of a constant locus of infection for tick bite fever.
Dr. Klenner had been taught in his training that there was no cure for it, only supportive.
So when he was confronted with an obvious case—104.4° degree temperature, spots over body, coma, and positive blood test—he quickly gave 30 grams of C intravenously every six hours.
The patient was given para-aminobenzoic acid orally, six grams, every two hours x3, then 4 grams every two hours for 24 hours, then 4 grams every 4 hours until his fever was gone for 24 hours. At about the sixth hour of treatment he became conscious and rational.
He was sent home on the sixth day, fully recovered.
He reported the story of a twelve-year-old female with spots and 105° temperature.
She was given chloroamphenicol and PABA but with only a poor response on the third day, so she was given an I.V. with 30 grams of C.
In two hours she was almost well, cheerful and responsive. She was given 30 grams every eight hours and was well and home in seven days.
He wrote of his son, sick with R.M.S.F. who almost died. He needed Vitamin C, vibramycin (an antibiotic), PABA.
Thiamin 1000 mg, B2 300 mg, and B3 500 mg were added to the I.V.’s daily.
On the third day his temperature was still up (105 degrees); he was losing interest, and candida was developing. He finally got well on the fourth day.
What Dr. Klenner shows and tells us that with a devastating disease like R.M.S.F.; everything known to be helpful should be used.
It seems obvious that antibiotics have a place, but Vitamin C is extremely useful.
He pointed out one medical center used the large doses of PABA, and had no fatalities, except a six year old who was given only one half the calculated dose.
The C is given around the clock and at the 500-900 mg per kg body weight level.
The disease “can always be reversed.”

My liposomal Vit C experiment is going on, still.
I did a mixed potion, with other ingredients, such as Vit B6, B12, zinc etc.
The effect is less pronounced than if I only took the pure Vit C, but probably because the remedy is doing other things too.
My sleep got normalized, dreams are coming more often, almost every night (even though some are not so nice), which probably means some improvement on the KPU /HPU.
My nails certainly changed too, and I can see the mark when I started taking the liposomal C. Since my last episode of joint / skin TB this winter, my nails got so much weaker, less shiny, and I also could see the marks in them!
It's amazing how nails change with what we are going through.
I have lots of vertical lines, which I know are signs for lack of minerals, but some fingernails are clearly getting better (less lines).
I'm doing parasite cleansing parallel to this liposomal experiment, and another thing I decided to do is to increase CONSIDERABLY the amount of Vit D3 + K2.
I'm taking way over the recommended dose, despite full sunshine on skin, and so far, no bad effects.
I feel my energy is better, more stable, I'm able to do more physical work than previous to the liposomal experiment, I have no single doubt about it.
I'm really very excited about all these experiments, the hard part is to find powders of vitamins / minerals to add inside my magic liposomal potion (as most come in capsules).
I guess I have to look for wholesales instead of retail?
Anyone has suggestions where to find bulk mineral, vitamin powders of good quality? Thaanks!!!

From clients taking liposomal Vit C from amazon.
It's called Lipo Naturals Liposomal Vit C with 219 customer views, 4.5 stars!!!
Price is about 25 dollars for 30 doses.
Client REVIEWS:
1- This stuff is helping me beat Lyme's. It is incredible.
The best form of Vitamin C I have ever used and I have tried many.
Love the fact it is soy-free, non-GMO and China -free. You guys rock.
I will continue to promote you to friends and family. Keep up the great work!!!
--------------------- This is my 10th order, this is a pure form of vitamin C that is easily assimilated into the cells and produce something that the body does not produce naturally.
I highly recommend this product. I take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.
I was taken vitamin C that required an IV pole.
This works just as well and I am saving money, each time I got hooked up it was 200.00 .
This is part of a immune building protocol that is saving my life.
I am so grateful for Lipo Natural Lipsomal Vitamin C it is easy to take I take it plain or it can be added to juicing.
-------------------------
OK, so I've been a nurse for over 30 yrs...have been recently diagnosed with MS, but have also been doing pretty extensive research on Vitamin C for over a year now.
I've been taking the "Liv On" product for about that long with good results.
I also take 6,000mg every 8hrs if I feel a cold coming on for the first day I'm feeling bad.
I have not been sick for over 2 yrs doing it that way.
So, if I love it so much, why the 4 stars? This particular product TASTES ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

You won't like the taste.
Also, it's to be taken on an empty stomach which can get tricky if you're busy.
HOWEVER, I bought this because I have cancer and it's been 13 years since I had an AWFUL stem cell transplant that went so wrong.
Since then, once in a while, I'll just get bumps all over and the smarty pants doctors that initially poisoned me can't or don't care enough to figure out what's up.
I though taking vitamin c might aid in the healing, because this particular time they seemed to be not going away and also creating keloid type scars. I was DEVISTATED.
I'm going to die from this cancer eventually, but I'm still 33. I still want to be pretty.
I felt like a monster and summer is coming!
Here's how I healed them. Retin A all over my body (I buy it internationally so it's cheap and no script is needed), topical vitamin c serum (this helps after you start peeling from the retin a), and I added a ton of oil supplements and this as an extra kick of vitamin c.
They're going AWAY!!!!!
I can't give all the credit to this product, but I feel like it's definitely a factor in my healing process.
I can't wait to show my arms and legs off! (Hopefully my belly, but you know, cake exists.)
I recommend it completely.
If I had the money, I'd buy more to do like a megadose thing. Studies are showing a link to vitamin c and shrinking tumors and aiding in the recovery after surgery.
Tbe diseases are huge though, so it's recommended intravenously. Try convincing a doctor to hang vitamin c with you saline solution.
They'll laugh you out of the hospital.
They can be mean.
Thanks for making a product I actually trust! -------------------------
I have taken this for months now, probably 6 months.
I put in Honey Crisp apple juice every morning before I eat breakfast.
I've never been able to have Vitamin C vitamins because they would hurt my stomach! Now I can! --------------------------
The Good: This works, I mean it really works!
I have a list of issues (primarily HIT) and experience extreme fatigue (my brain will "shut down" with my eyes open as if asleep and I'll tip over), so when I say I have health issues, I do.
I eat a primarily Paleo diet and live a pretty healthy lifestyle so without that, I'd be way worse off.
I have so many food allergies (including certain fruits and vegetables) it's easier to list what I can eat than what I can't;
point being, while taking this for a week, there are certain foods I can tolerate more so than before.
Any pro listed is probably accurate, I cannot recommend this enough (do your research on the kinds of vitamin c).
Additionally, and most importantly, my fatigue level isn't near as severe as it was a week ago.
Unless you experience this you don't quite understand the toll this can take on you, more often than not I'm completely useless and can't even understand my own emails I typed a few minutes prior b/c apparently my brain and fingers didn't want to communicate...
The Bad: I cannot express how awful this tastes.
---------------------
This is by far my FAVORITE type of vitamin C.
I purchased this a couple months ago but hesitated to take it because of the taste.
My family and I were experiencing flu-like symptoms so we decided to take it.
In one day, all symptoms were GONE. Don’t let the taste deter from feeling better!
I’ve also noticed my skin is brighter, cuts heal quickly, eyesight is clearer, and less frequency of migraines.
This is my NEW go-to Vitamin C!!!

More reviews:
Excellent product! I have been taking only (1) week!
I am fighting a hugh Candida overgrowth affecting my GI track, brain, hearing, UTI, joints even more.
I'm happy to report every area listed and more is healing and expelling lots of Candida.
There is herxing and affected my sleep first few nights, but I'm on the road to recovery.
Will take awhile but I'll always take Liposomal VITA C!
My varicose veins are a lightning and slowly disappearing all so! What a bonus for me as a woman who hates those things showing!
---------------------------- This is the best lipo C I have tried.
The others were way too sweet tasting even though they did not contain stevia or other supposed sweeteners.
I could barely gag them down. It is hard to find a legit lipo C made without soy and other unnecessary additives.
Lipo Naturals is easy on my sensitive gut, even though it is made from ascorbic acid.
I could never tolerate ascorbic acid if it was not in this liposomal form.
I felt an immediate difference taking this one within a few days as opposed to the other lip C's I have tried.
Had some fatigue and feeling a bit flu-ish which surprised me as I had taken another brand of lipo C for 2 months before switching to this one.
I think this one is more potent, legitimately liposomal, and I notice it helping my skin and other health issues.
It feels very supportive. Now I need to take the next step and make my own, see how it compares.
------------------------ This stuff is awesome.
I honestly feel like I have wasted so much money on nonliposomal vit C.
If I am feeling dumpy, grumpy, or low on energy this stuff helps. It tastes horrific though. YOU do have to mix it with juice.
------------------------ I bought this before I knew ascorbic acid that's not natural vitamin c can have side effects.
The next morning after taking this I had a bad spell of being weak and out of breath to the point of almost falling down.
Took a couple more times and had more of these spells.
Watched a youtube video that explained what was going on so no more for me.
I ordered Natural Radiance C and have had no problems and it's helping a lung condition I have.
Update: I found out I was having a herx reaction. Started slowly adding it back with natural vitamin c. Now I'm fine with it, just can't afford as much as I need.

Brussels: I'm not advertising the brand, just posting what people felt.
It seems quality of the liposomes do matter.
Always mix in juice or dilute it in water, for better taste....

So Brussels you did comparison to Livon compared to this other brand? I loved the Livon lipo Vit C.
I've tried other Vitamin C with whole foods and I just don't feel it is getting done what Livon did.
At this time I'm done with Lyme, bart and Babesia. Just have some clean up on Mycoplasma & Candida to do. So I really need to be doing the best lipo Vit C.
Thanks for all you research.

Pam, you're welcome. And congrats for your health!!!
Here is a review from someone with MS using LivOn for about a year. She compares with this other brand Lipo Natural from Amazon. It looks also good, and not too expensive.
The problem is the bad taste, she says.
It's not so much, it would be worth to try?? Then you can post here.
What do you think about the LIV ON product??
-------------------------- "Title of the review: Works great, taste is horrible: 4 stars"
"OK, so I've been a nurse for over 30 yrs...have been recently diagnosed with MS, but have also been doing pretty extensive research on Vitamin C for over a year now.
I've been taking the "Liv On" product for about that long with good results.
I haven't noticed a huge improvement in pain or joint discomfort, but I was also taking it primarily to ward off colds and illness.
I give it 5 stars for that...(Br: I suppose it's the Lipo Natural brand...)
this product is high quality and does what it says if you take it regularly.
I also take 6,000mg every 8hrs if I feel a cold coming on for the first day I'm feeling bad.
I have not been sick for over 2 yrs doing it that way. (Br: I think she includes Liv On too?)
So, if I love it so much, why the 4 stars?
This particular product TASTES ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
I love the outcome, I really do...but for the first time, I have to actually take it in apple cider and hold my nose while taking it...
and keep holding my nose until I take another plain apple cider swig before letting go...
even with that I can still taste the after taste.
The ONLY reason I keep using it is I believe it works...
I do believe that the LIV ON products works too...but I like this company (Br: Lipo Naturals) because the product is soy free.
I'll keep using it for now...just felt llike everyone should know before you buy."

Koo, as for dosing, as I do it myself, I only do the maths on my own.
Just measure the whole amount you put inside (in my case, I use 100 grams of Vit C), the liquid content (about 500 ml in the end).
500 ml / 100 grams = 5 ml is 1 gram of Vit C.
I started taking it many times a day, but felt some problems: with food, it does not go very well, I find.
And then I could not sleep well.
So I changed to just one dose, early morning, empty stomach. It's much better. But if I took too much, I could also not sleep!
So I diminished the dose, things got a bit better.
Now I'm doing more mixed recipes, I find they go better in my stomach and they make me less alert for too long.
The last one I did was with MSM (half a portion MSM, double portion of Vit C). Let's see how it goes.
The taste is always bad, so no matter what you mix, if there is lecithin and vit C, it will be bad.
But if you mix a teaspoon in a glass of juice, things improve a lot!
I took today one dose early morning only.
I'm again strong enough to do Mercola's muscle building training (meaning strong exercise for short periods, then rest, repeated a few times).
My legs are tired now, but I felt no stinging pain on my side, like usual, when I start doing some strong exercises (like putting muscle power to the max).
The fact that I felt NO STINGING pain at all, even if it's been more than a year that I did not do this Mercola training, is amazing.
I'll be 52 this year, and I know my body.
It should have stinging pains, as I had these since childhood!! Nothing AT ALL!!!
I stopped the cycles of intense running after my muscles could not stand until the end of the cycle, not due to stinging pains on my side, like it has ALWAYS been.
I've been only cycling slow and walking long distances this last year, but no fast exercises at all!!!... Too tired for that.
The last TB infection mixed with candida in winter really consumed my inner energy, I think.
For the first time again, after winter, I feel the energy is slowly back and my body can afford these intense bouts of exercises.
It's been 8 hours since I did the training, so far , I haven't collapsed. I hate collapsing after physical exercise.
So, I'm giving a lot of credit to these liposomal experiments. It does feel like building slowly my inner battery.

I asked a lady, who's got lyme disease and she's been using livOn brand. This is what she says:
"I have been on 4 packs of livOn labs LVC for a few months and has been a game changer.
Sometimes I get an upset stomach (after taking the liposomal C) and it can be a little intense if the dose is a little high (some detox and herxing)
.... but overall it has helped me so much even with sleep. (Br: I asked her if she could sleep, as she takes it before bed too!)
I had been sick for 15 years with multiple chronic infections and high dose C has been huge.
I actually had a functional MD introduce me to making my own LVC in 2012 and I bought my US machine from him.
I tried it back then. But I was too sick and couldn't tolerate any Vit C at all.
Lyme really is a complex of multiple issues for people, involving our internal and external environments.
For me I had a high amounts of inflammation from heavy metals and endotoxins from multiple organisms and mold and chemical exposure for working in a lab for a couple years.
Vit C can help neutralize some of these toxins.
Viruses are also huge for lyme people as our immune systems become suppressed.
I have had multiple chronic viral infections and possibly a huge part of my symptoms."
I asked the lady some questions, let's see if she answers...

I'm continuing with my liposomal experiences. This time I added 1/3 of MSM inside the liposomal Vit C.
I'm having more detox issues, like teeth in pain, facial nerves in pain, nerves around the spine also a bit painful. The teeth pain are the worst, but nothing too bad.
I need to do some Violet Ray on them (sort of PEMF) to stop the pain, then I can sleep.
I suspect the VIt C + MSM went intracellular and reached parts that are toxic, and are pulling toxins out...
But who knows... My liver gets heavy daily, bit painful, and it gets a relief from Zeolites and MSM in powder (not liposomal).
On the good side, my energy levels improved considerably, in a very short time. I feel very energetic, like I went back 5-8 years ago.
I not only can exercise (intermittent high power exercises or long term low power exercises like jogging, cycling), but I feel I have to exercise, to sort of spend the extra energy that is building up.
It's been only about a month that I started with Liposomal Vit C and I have to say, it was an amazing discovery.
I don't know how it does what is doing - like cleaning my sinuses, ended my mold sensitivity, my pollen allergy - and diminishing considerably all joint-related problems.
I haven't caught any infectious diseases since I started on it, nor my daughter or husband.
It feels like summer, though, but many people around are still taking antihistaminic drugs against allergies and many people are ill with some flu or cold - I wonder why now, that is so hot.
My daughter, who's got a serious problem with low ferritin, is also jogging again - no one is forcing her. She also feels some sort of energy boost, I suppose.
We both are though having to tune the amount, otherwise, we can't sleep well.
My husband is sleeping better than before with the lipo C.

All of us 3 had joint reactions - all 3 got joint pains, exactly where we had problems before:
- daughter and I got pain in the lyme knee and joints
- husband got pain in his gout toe.
It does feel like the Vit C sort of acts on the places of the body that's got inflammation or got a tendency to get inflammation.
I'm having more information about the LivOn brand, and so far, what I understood is that self-made is better than bought.
the lady above, who was on LivOn for quite some time, decided to do her own batch of liposomal Vit C.
She is having LOADS of pain all over her body. She got lyme and many other problems, and she said the LivOn brand was already a game changer.
But she is reacting even stronger with the self made version.
It is very easy to do. You just need to buy one device (even some people do not do with a ultrasound device, but do with a home mixer).
I'm trying to get some more detailed information about which device they use (which mixer). If I get some more info, I'll post here.
The quality of the liposomes are of major importance.
The moment I'm writing this, my left arm (bone) is in pain.
The story repeats: I take once a day my liposomal vit C (now with MSM), early morning. I'll feel a boost of energy, so I do some exercise when I can.
then sometime after lunch, I start to feel what I'm calling 'herxes' (but they are not always herxes as I don't think I have infection in the bones...).
Then later in the evening, my liver and kidneys will feel strange, painful, heavy, and I need binders.
I'll try to take binders then 2 hours after my lunch, to avoid the evening pain on teeth, etc...

Lecithin (phosphatidylcholine) is a major component of crude soybean oil.
However, raw lecithins are complex mixtures of lipids, namely, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and phosphatidylinositol as main components.
Lecithin plays an important role in normal metabolism, for example, forming part of membrane phospholipids;
some metabolites are messengers in cells;
choline derived from lecithin plays a role in brain cells in the re-synthesis of new phosphatidylcholine molecules needed for cells that envelop the axons of neurones;
and choline apparently has a protective role, allowing cells to die rather than to turn into malignant cells (cancers) when they undergo mutations.
----------------- Lecithin (phosphatidylcholine) is a precursor for choline.
As such, it is involved in the synthesis of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, and levels of lecithin correlate with levels of choline and acetylcholine.
Consequently, one presumed mechanism of action of lecithin is the increase in the synthesis, release, and availability of acetylcholine.
However, lecithin is also involved in complex intracellular processes, including the regulation of cellular membrane permeability.
As discussed above, patients with bipolar disorder reveal altered membrane phospholipid metabolism, and low choline levels within the orbital frontal gray matter have been found in patients with manic symptoms.
Thus, supplementation with lecithin apparently stabilizes the membrane and changes action potential.

I'm not kidding when I say this Lipo C + MSM is acting directly on my nerves and intracellular.
Lecithin ALONE can be used for detoxing heavy metals and toxins, so combined with vit C or anything else (like in the product of dr K) it acts like an amazing chelator!
I'm still chicken to try to add Disodium EDTA to my mixture, but I'll eventually do that later. One can buy the Disodium EDTA in liquid form in amazon...
I remember having a BIG trouble with Phospholipid Exchange, so I'm not going to try it again now, unless my reactions to Lipo C and MSM lower.
This stuff IS powerful.

C-Salts by Wholesale Nutrition (nutri.com) is the most tolerable (7.0 neutral pH) I've been able to find. It doesn't bother my heartburn at all, and somebody with an open ulcer could take it without ill effect.
It's buffered by macrominerals (magnesium, calcium, potassium, zinc), the same minerals that high-dose oral C (above 20 grams/day) will suck out of your body, which is one of the dangers of liposomal C at high doses when unaccompanied by macrominerals -- demineralization, which in the long-term can cause organ failure.
Doing Russell Jaffe's C-flush protocol once a week is the most accurate way of determining long-term daily need for C, which is 75% of the amount need to cause the flush (cause diarrhea). I've taken as much as 100 grams/day to flush and taken as much as 75 grams/day the other days of the week. This protocol feeds white cells and allow the body overcome fungal and BACTERIAL infections on it's on. Instead of taking agents to kill, kill the Lyme and dealing with dieoff that is almost undealable this protocol strengthens the immunnes system to deal with the lyme on its own and keep it a bay without dieoff. Unlike most forms of immune support, taking vitamin C to bowel tolerance, when accompanied by once/week C flushes is a magic bullet, not a band aid, like most of the things we do.
One thing to be aware of for people needing high doses of C who decide to take C-salts is that it's abundance of alkaline minerals can over-alkalize the body at really high doses. It's something to monitor with pH strips and a morning urine check.

The Vitamin C Foundation did a study of the four most popular recipes for home-made liposomal vitamin C and found none of them effective; the Foundation's recommendation is to buy commercial liposomal products, which work.

I'm doing a recipe that comes from a patent - it's got the highest concentration possible as it is to its highest titration possible.
Even commercial liposomals do not reach that concentration (because simply, that is the maximum dilution possible, you can't add any more molecules of Vit C in the liquid - water and alcohol - when you reach that).
I even need to warm the water + alcohol to dilute the Vit C further (below 35 degrees Celsius) in order to achieve that level of concetration.
Otherwise, we can still see the ascorbic acid crystals.
Other people I know are doing the other recipe, also following LivOn patent, using a home mixer.
One can of course buy the products, but so far, from the few experiences I heard of, home made can be stronger than bought.
My first batch that I followed from a youtube video with acerola was just nothing. The concentration was too low, and I suspect that even if you reach maximum titration, the effect won't come close to what ascorbic acid alone is doing.
It felt a bit good the first days(probably it was lecithin), then it stopped. It felt like nothing.
My friend did the same acerola recipe (she had lyme twice, now she's fighting babesia, but practically symptomless), she felt absolutely nothing, and threw the rest off, as I did.
The second recipe I did for her, was this highest titration / dilution from ascorbic acid from a patent.
She can't even take 1 gram or it in the morning, as it bothers her sleep patterns.
Her mother tried, had improvements in her arthrosis, arthitis, tendon pains (she's in her 70s), but then could not sleep well too.
Both can bear that single gram of Lipo C just once every 3 days!!
So, I'm doing a 25% dilution for them, much weaker than mine, adding loads of magnesium, B12, to see if they can sleep.
---------------- I'm taking ONE GRAM of Lipo Vit C a day, possibly 2 grams and no more.
With that amount, which is very far from reaching bowel tolerance, I'm having all these reactions (like no more sinus allergies, more energy to run, jog, cycle etc).
Never I could dream of water soluble vit C doing the same effects, not on that low amount.
A male friend of mine said he's having dreams again on the same amount (1 gram of Lipo C) and sleeping like a baby. He's in his 60s.
I haven't tried to reach bowel tolerance as I dislike the type of diarrhea caused by NORMAL water soluble vit C.
That was the main reason I stopped taking water soluble Vit C and rather ate fruits / lemon instead. -----------
I agree that somehow, I feel I need:
- more binders, or I get anxiety, liver pains, can't sleep, etc
- I'm taking my other supplements like magnesium, Schussler salts, vit D3 + K2, selenium, zinc... (my previous batch had all these already inside the Lipo C).
What is nice with this experiment is that I feel like the Lipo C became a central focal point among my supplements.
In the morning I take a glass of water with: - 1 teaspoon of Lipo C - 1 tea spoon of MSM - I add Vit D3 + K2
And swallow my minerals + Omega 3 + evening primrose oil with it.
I don't know if it's a good idea to take all minerals with Vit C .
I know iron must be taken with Vit C to be better absorbed, but I don't know about other minerals...
I gotta read more about it.

While vitamin C enhances the absorption of iron supplements, zinc absorption can be inhibited by both calcium and iron.
Therefore, if you are also on iron supplements, your doctor may recommend that you take those with vitamin C and consume zinc at a different time.
If you take a large dose of a mineral, it will compete with other minerals to reduce their absorption.
The mineral most often taken in large amounts is calcium: The dose is usually several hundred of milligrams, compared to doses of just a few milligrams or even microgram amounts (1,000 micrograms = 1 milligram) of most other minerals.
So if you take a calcium supplement, take it at a different time of day than other mineral supplements or a multivitamin/multimineral supplement.
Doses of magnesium can also be relatively large and should, ideally, be taken apart from other minerals.
If you take high doses of zinc long-term (50 mg or more per day for 10 weeks or longer ), be aware that it can cause copper deficiency, so you may need to supplement with copper as well.
-----------------
The fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K) are likely to be better absorbed if taken with a meal that contains fats.
In fact, one study found that taking vitamin D with dinner rather than breakfast increased blood levels of vitamin D by about 50%.
However, evidence (mainly from animal and cell studies) suggests that moderate to large doses of fat-soluble vitamins reduce absorption of other fat-soluble vitamins - by about 10 to 50% - due to competition.
Absorption of vitamin K appears to be particularly reduced by other fat-soluble vitamins, while vitamin A absorption is least affected and may actually be better absorbed when taken with vitamin E (Goncalves, Food Chem 2015).
Taking vitamins D, E, or K several hours before or after other fat-soluble vitamins would seem to maximize their absorption.

B vitamins. Many people take a B-complex supplement because B vitamins can boost energy and mood.
Main mistake: Taking B vitamins at night, which can cause insomnia for some people.
Take B vitamins in the morning. B vitamins sometimes cause mild stomach upset on an empty stomach, so take them with food.
Also helpful: Ask your doctor about taking magnesium when you take a B-complex supplement. This mineral tempers the vitamins’ energizing effects and helps prevent insomnia or anxiety.
Vitamin E. This fat-soluble vitamin is an important antioxidant.
Main mistake: Taking it without food. Like all of the fat-soluble nutrients, including vitamins A, D and K, vitamin E requires the presence of fat for optimal absorption. You’ll absorb less if you take it without food.
What to do: Take vitamin E with meals. The fat that is naturally present in the average meal is all you need to absorb the vitamin.
Helpful: Get plenty (approximately 500 mg) of vitamin C—either in your diet or with a supplement—if you’re taking vitamin E supplements. The nutrients recharge each other so that they stay active for longer periods.
Also important: Take a vitamin E supplement that contains mixed tocopherols (all four of the forms of vitamin E found naturally in food).
Many vitamin E products on the market contain only alpha-tocopherol.
Taking alpha-tocopherol by itself can deplete gamma-tocopherol, a form of vitamin E that appears to protect against both heart disease and prostate cancer.
Studies have shown that taking 400 IU per day of alpha-tocopherol by itself increases the risk for heart failure and prostate cancer.
These adverse effects may be due to depletion of gamma-tocopherol. In a typical 400-IU dose of mixed-tocopherol vitamin E, look for 50 mg to 100 mg of gamma-tocopherol. This approximates the ratio that normally is found in foods.
Calcium alone can cause kidney stones. Take it with a meal.
Also helpful: If you take calcium supplements, ask your doctor about taking magnesium with them.
In some cases, supplemental calcium is believed to deplete magnesium from the body.
And low magnesium could explain in part why, in a recent study, people who took calcium had a 30% higher risk for heart attacks than those who took placebos.
Main mistake: Taking iron at the same time as vitamin E. Each nutrient is blocked by the other, so you’ll absorb lower levels of each one.
What to do: Don’t take iron with vitamin E. Large doses of some minerals also may interfere with iron absorption, so don’t take a high-potency multiple mineral at the same time as iron.
However, a low-potency mineral supplement, such as 10 mg of zinc, 100 mg of calcium and 100 mg of magnesium, should not interfere with iron absorption.
When using iron, wait two to three hours before taking vitamin E alone or in a multivitamin supplement. Also helpful: Take iron with 100 mg or more of vitamin C (from food or a supplement).

Vitamin E: This is a fat soluble vitamin and eating with a breakfast of nuts, yogurt, milk or avocado can help absorption. This will help with the maintenance of the heart and your circulation. It can be stored in the body and so one dose will work to maintain your body levels.
Selenium: This is a powerful antioxidant and anticancer supplement. This also facilitates the intake of Vitamin E and should therefore be taken in the same dose.
Zinc: Zinc is best taken at a different time to iron and calcium, therefore the best time is with your lunch. This will contribute to your immune system but can cause an upset stomach, so take it with food.
Iodine: This is an important supplement for normal cognitive functions and maintenance of the skin. It is naturally found in kelp. This can increase your energy levels, so can bring a welcome midday boost if taken with your lunch.

Well, after reading these sites, taking notes, reading quite a few more sites... I need some time to digest the info...
My feeling is that the best would be: do not take supplements, try to fill your reserves from food.
But as I know we are super toxic, EMR are damaging our enzymes, hormones, etc, plus we're fighting parasites, super bugs, low grade infections, active infections, etc...
... I know I have to find out a way to take these supplements BESIDES eating correctly...
I have never taken too many orthomolecular supplements, as most made me feel bad, but after this incredible boost with the Lipo C, and the fact that my daughter is suffering from extreme low levels of Ferritin (protein that stores iron), well... I guess I have to figure out what to do with all these sups.
It's a puzzle and a timing challenge, specially with a teenager.
If I figure out what is best for us, I'll post here to see what you all think ...
Good news is that Vit C seems to combine with many supplements, increasing its absorption.

You gotta try this lipo C rubbed on skin!!
I'm now sure that when I rub it on my face and neck: my sinuses clear, they leak, I feel I can breathe much better.
Before rubbing the Lipo C on my face, I didn't even KNOW my sinuses were blocked. I think it's very old and almost dry catarrh that is stuck there, because I have no symptom before I rub it on my face.
I rub it, then 1-3 hours after, I feel my nostrils opening, water runs (truly like water), and then I feel I can breathe better!
