I just came across this video yesterday, by chance.

So I decided to try, what damage can this do?

I chose some spots, held them with one hand, sitting on a chair, and moved my head down, as though I said 'yes' about 20 times.

I chose some spots I knew had been injured in the past or had long term problems:

- root canals, dead teeth, pulled teeth, surgery
- TMJ

- coccyx
- lower spine (damage during sports)

- some spots on my head (childhood injuries)
- both ankles (I already twisted them)

- all my neck bones (C1 to C7)
- cesarean scar

- liver, spleen, thyroid, sinuses,... (chronic infections, inflammation, chronic problems for years)

And did one by one the head movements as shown in the video above.

I'm more than 50, and in the last years, felt my bones, ligaments, muscles had become a bit harder.

Well, surprise surprise, the RELAXATION was immediate, I felt my joints, muscles ALL OVER THE BODY relax.

You gotta try to do this. No need to muscle test, no need of kinesiology.

Simply choose parts of the body that had been injured, since childhood, don't forget the spine, neck, coccyx, etc.

Please post your experiences here. I wonder if it's only me, or if this really works!!!!

Dr. K uses tapping acupuncture points OR neural therapy injections to clear past injury memories.

Other therapists use other techniques.

Well, this one above seems to be efficient, fast, noninvasive.

Very easy to do.

I will repeat the procedure a few times more, possibye a couple of times a week, for about a month, to be sure the memory won't come back.

If anyone would like to try, I'd like to know what you think!!

Thanks. Perfect timing. I have mammogram tomorrow and as breast cancer runs in my family I don't skip them.

Hey guys, try this. No need to muscle test.

I REALLY got good IMMEDIATE results, just moving my head in 'yes' movements for about 20 times while I touch each spot I got an accident, root canal, surgery, and I am still doing for the whole of my neck, and in the future, will do for the whole spine.

Please, if you try this, LET ME KNOW what you think!!!

I tried to reach my legs, stretching, and could do it without much pain.

All my 5 decade-old joints felt more soft, bendable, oiled!!!

After knowing what I know, I would REPEAT the treatment for about 6 weeks, to be SURE the memory is gone.

I know through dr K, that our BRAINS need 6 weeks to UNLEARN a bad habit. So, at least, I'll try to keep doing that (not every day, but about 2-3x a week) for 4-6 weeks.

I never knew that past injuries could make all muscles and joints feel like rusty (the same way mine felt...).

Please, try and report your results!!! I'm curious!

My myofascial release therapists has done a ton of work on my scarred/injury sights.

Lots of emotional stuff can also be wrapped up in those areas too. So don't be surprised if you have an emotional release with tears.

I'll be back to watch this. Thanks Brussels.
