I am nauseous as soon as I get up in the a.m. and start to retch. Nothing comes up, I just retch horribly and then I get a horrible headache. Does anyone experience something like this?

Are you taking antibiotics or anything else? They were very hard on my gut. What time are you taking them?

I just started having slight nausea. Think it is one of my symptoms. Have it for a period of time then goes away and comes back. No treatment currently.

Get your sodium levels checked. Low sodium causes nausea. This was my first sign that my pituitary was shutting down and my adrenal glands were no longer producing cortisol-cortisol is responsible for sodium levels in the blood..
