On the mast360 site

https://mastcell360.com/histamine-lowering-probiotics-for-people-with-mast-cell-activation-syndrome-and-histamine-intolerance/

ProBiota HistaminX with 10 billion cfus $30 for 60 pills
Ther-Biotic Metabolic Formula Probiotic 25 billion $60 for 60 pills

are recommended.

they are pricey and I think because of lyme treatment I might need more cfu's?

Does anyone have a cheaper suggestion?

Something about probiotics is that they have a hard time making through the stomach acid , this explains;

www.hbmag.com/probiotics-implants-how-friendly-is-your-flora/

"how-friendly-is-your-flora"

"Implantation directly into the rectum greatly increases the absorption and effectiveness of probiotics since they are deposited directly into the sigmoid region of the colon and they do not have to survive the acid bath of the stomach in order to reach their destination.

Refloristation with probiotics fortifies the intestinal mucosa, which is an important factor in maintaining good immunity."

This one, “Natural Factors Multi acidophilus”, worked very well.

Indeed, I too learned that insertion, or as expressed above, implantation directly into the rectum is a better way to administer probiotic supplement capsule contents. Also, you can purchase probiotic rectal suppositories. There really is no harm and also, no shame to it. Even better, according to healthline.com: "Probiotic enemas involve injecting a solution containing probiotics through your rectum and into your colon. This type of enema is becoming a popular alternative remedy for weight loss, gut health, immune system support, and some diseases of the digestive tract." [bonk]
