Am asking for a friend who has Lyme.
She has a high eosinophil count and wheezing and coughing.
Been to countless doctors and had countless tests.
Ruled out cancer and parasites.
Any ideas?

If cancer and parasites have been ruled out then she needs to find out what she is allergic to. Out of the countless docs has she had, has allergy testing done?
Does she have IBS? It can be high with that. Asthma can have high eosinophils. Both could be related to something she is allergic to.
And as much as I hate to say it, mold could be a problem. That is a pandora's box.
Hopefully, she is on the appropriate inhalers for her breathing while they are trying to figure this out.

Thanks, kgg!
She has seen an allergist and is on an inhaler for asthma.
Has checked out for mold, but may need to check it again.
I will mention the intracellular bacterial infection to her.
