well its a while later now and Im still pretty bad with mold allergies and sinuses problems (MCS)

I vacuum alot use febreeze (which agrevates me more)

Killed and painted over the mold in my closet but all is still bad.

Im on a STRICT STRICT STRICT diet now,

Now breads of anykind no carbs except for veggies.

Ive been getting by on eggs, chicken, salads, veggies. What kinda diet would you call that???

This is both to help my body fight lyme and in the potential yeast I might have.

THe doctor doesnt know why I get stabbing burning pains after carbs. LLMS says lyme, naturopath says yeast.

Kinesiology testing says both lyme and yeast and a parisite too.

YAY!!!

So im on a small amount of diflucan daily and a couple of days a week I take biaxin, oh yea those medicinal mushrooms too.

Boy what fear going on this diet brings. I can hear my mother in my past saying "you have to eat"

All the junk I ate in the past now came back to haunt me. All the sugar, breads, ice cream, peanut butter. uhhhh

Ok bye.

Now, since being on abx for lyme we haven't had sinus infections. [/QB][/QUOTE]

How long have you been on abx for Lyme?? How long before it made your sinuses feel better??
Funny thing is - all of this started with what I thought was a sinus infection, but now has turned into so much more.

I've had MRIs, laparoscopy, hearing tests - because now I have tinnitus too.
ENT tells me my sinuses are inflamed and that I should use Saline.

Somehow this just isn't enough for me.
