I was just wondering if those who are giving themselves Magnesium shots notice any difference.

I was on an IV drip of Mag, and B1&6. It was like a 4 hour drip and I got so sick with it my llmd stopped it.

So that's why I was wondering about the shots?

I already give myself the B12 shots every other day.... I notice a slight pos. difference with it.

Anyway, thanx-----guiney

We did all along. Mag with procaine. IM.
They help. But don't expect Mag to cure Lyme. 90some per cent of Americans are deficient in Mag. I have a doctor that would have made me take a bath, drink it, eat it, and puncture it into me if he thought it would cure me. He doesn't think so, yet it is very important to be taking it, absorbing it and having all other minerals on board to utilize it.

IM is easy to learn and do. Be careful, some people are allergic to some forms of magnesium. It is best to be tested on it with kinesiology, ART, or other forms energy testing before using it. A few years ago when I was still loaded with toxins, I reacted adversely to it. Not any longer.

Take care.

Hi GiGi thank you for your reply. I was just wondering if you could explain to me ecxactly what you mean by:

" It is best to be tested on it with kinesiology, ART, or other forms energy testing before using it."

Not really sure what kinesiology means or is.

Thank you,g

I did well on both IM Mg and IV Mg. I never did a slow drip, though, only the fast push. For that they put it in a large syring and push it in over about ten minutes.

I see several medications that people do better on with fast push than the slow drip. It has something to do with how the body takes it in.

Both kinds of magnesium helped with many symptoms, especially muscle pain, headaches, PMS, heart issues, chest pain, etc.

Hope they figure out how to give it to you in a tolerable way. I did find the IM is more painful, as the Mg is caustic. Not terrible, just achey. With the IV, I would just get hot flushes, and a feeling of relief.
