That is exactly how I felt when I first started treatment. I constantly felt off balance. Hang in there. It does go away. It seemed like forever, but I think it probably went away after 4-6 weeks of treatment.

Oh yeah, I get this!
Unfortunately , for me, I had severe vertigo with it at first.
But now Im just an off balance wall hugger, stranger grabber, etc.
Have you been tested for orthostatic hypotension? Its very common finding in lyme, ESPECIALLY in babesia as I have come to research and find out.

This could be due to peripherial neuropathy. If your feet are numb (and you might not even be aware of this) your brain isn't getting the signals it needs to keep upright. My balance is very dependent on visual cues. If I take my eyes off my path, I stumble. As long as I maintain my visual cues, I am fine.

Being off balance was (and still is) one of my main symptoms. I did go to a wonderful physical therapist who taught me some exercises that have helped tremendously. You might consider that option. Sometimes we have to retrain the brain with repitition.
